With Auto-Approve enabled, Max autonomously sources and reaches out on your behalf:

  • All prospects on the sourcing list are approved for outreach automatically, without your manual review.
  • Max evaluates and approves candidates for outreach on an ongoing basis, at the rate specified by your weekly outreach target volume, until every prospect that matches your search criteria has been contacted.

You can still preview the approved prospects before Max’s outreach email in the Approved for Outreach list (see below) to remove anyone you might already be in contact with or would prefer not to message.

How to turn on Auto-Approve

To turn on Auto-Approve for a role, simply choose Auto-Approve: On from the sourcing list once your search results are well-calibrated.
