When candidates reply, Tezi automatically processes their emails and takes the appropriate next steps—whether that's answering common questions autonomously, escalating complex emails to you, or automatically advancing interested candidates to the next step.
Depending on how you configured the role, the next step for interested candidates can be either inviting the candidate to a chat screen or flagging the candidate to you for a decision on whether to advance to a human interview. Learn more about possible candidate flows.
