Create messaging campaigns
Configure AI-personalized email sequences that scale your reach
Once you’ve calibrated Tezi on your target candidate profile, the next step in automating sourcing is to create messaging for Max’s outreach:
1️⃣ On your role setup page, select Email sequence.
2️⃣ 🌱 Lite users only: Connect your Gmail account. This gives Tezi permission to send outreach emails on your behalf (see below).
3️⃣ Create your email sequence. You can customize the following:
- Number of emails in the campaign. We recommend setting up two follow-up emails.
- Time between emails
- Email sender
- 🌱 Lite: Email sender is not customizable. Emails are sent from the email address attached to your Tezi account and are visible in your email outbox.
- 💼 Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise: You can choose to send emails from Max or on behalf of any team member, including yourself. Emails are sent from a
@hey.[company].comaddress, not from your or your team’s actual email addresses.
- Content: Our AI will propose a starting draft based on industry best practices. You can edit the draft or provide your own template from scratch.
- Personalization: Tailor your message to the candidate using personalization tokens. You can use our standard tokens or write your own custom AI personalization instructions. Learn more about AI personalization best practices.
Check the email preview to see how Max applies your templates to sample candidates. We recommend reviewing at least 5 candidates and iterating on instructions until you're satisfied with the emails generated for a variety of profiles.
