Help Max respond to complex candidate emails
Max autonomously responds to most candidate emails based on the hiring context you provide and the candidate’s individual circumstances.
If Max isn’t sure how to respond to an email, it creates a Response needed: [Candidate name] task in the Tasks tab and pings you over Slack or email. Select the task to read the candidate’s email and provide Max guidance on how to reply. Based on your input, Max will generate a draft email that you can edit before sending.
