Close a role
Reach out to Tezi Support (support@tezi.ai) to close or remove a role. This applies to both active and draft roles.
Once a role is closed:
- The role is removed from your Roles and Pipeline tabs.
- The job description is taken down, if previously published.
- All outreach campaigns are turned off, if any were active.
- Candidates who open chat screen links see an error message, if a chat screen was configured.
- All role-related tasks are cleared.
