How to advance, reject, or change a candidate’s stage

Users with 3rd-party ATS integration: Candidate stage changes made in Tezi sync instantly to your ATS and vice versa, so you can advance/reject candidates in either your ATS or Tezi.
When to advance or reject a candidate
You can change a candidate’s stage at any time. Tezi will also create a Decision needed: [Candidate name]
task in the Tasks tab when a candidate has reached a decision point, like submitting a chat screen that now needs your review.
You can filter down to candidates that need decisioning in the Pipeline tab:

Candidate rejection emails
When rejecting a candidate, you can preview Tezi's suggested rejection email before sending. Max will deliver this email at the scheduled time shown in the preview. Alternatively, you can opt not to have Max notify the candidate and instead email the candidate directly yourself.

Users with 3rd-party ATS integration: If you reject a candidate in your ATS instead of in Tezi, Max will not notify the candidate. Max only sends rejection emails when a candidate is rejected via Tezi and you choose to have Max notify them.
