How to add team members to Tezi and specific roles

Add a team member to Tezi

💼 Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise

Team members are automatically added to your Tezi organization when they sign up using an email address on your company domain.

Note that, while new team members can immediately create and manage their own roles, they do not have access to other users’ roles until they are added to them (see below).

🌱 Lite

You cannot add other people to your Lite plan, but your team members can sign up for their own Tezi Lite account.

Add a team member to a role

💼 Starter, Pro, Business, and Enterprise

Reach out to Tezi Support to add team members as job owners (i.e., users with permissions to configure and manage candidates) for a role.

You can also add team members as interviewers for a role when setting up your interview plan. If they are not existing Tezi users, they will receive an email invitation to join. Interviewers can view the profiles of candidates they interview as well as submit interview scorecards, but they do not have access to configure the role or manage candidates overall.

🌱 Lite

Lite plans do not support multiple job owners for a single role or interviewers other than the account holder.
